Collect all data from attendees with checkout questions
Besides the buyer's full name, email, and mobile, you can customise your checkout form using checkout questions to capture everything you need from attendees, such as company name, dietary requirements, and accessibility requirements

Toggle your checkout questions to not required to help reduce checkout friction and potentially losing sales
Set questions to be asked after checkout via the settings ⚙️ on each question
Buyers can use the manage order button on their confirmation email to update their details at a later date

Create table and group bookings with packaged tickets
Using a packaged ticket you can bundle together multiple tickets or ticket types into a single ticket option for buyers on the event page. For example, a "Table of 10" which includes 10 x Single tickets.
Packaged tickets can also offer discounted pricing for these group deals while ensuring you don't oversell your event and collect details of each guest!

Automatically generate tax deductible receipts for donations
If you're accepting donations from buyers in addition to their ticket purchase, or, their ticker purchase is inclusive of a donation then you can reduce your admin and automatically include a tax deductible receipt on their payment invoice/receipt for tax time!
