📄 Style your event page

To style your event page, manage your event and navigate to design & comms > styling on the left-hand menu bar. You can add and update:

  • Event banner image: Your 'hero' image that will appear at the top of your event page

  • Logo: Add your brand logo which will replace the “Humanitix” logo at the top left of your event page

  • Light / Dark mode: Choose your look: light/dark/adaptive (adapts to visitor’s device preference)

  • Primary colour: Change the colour of all buttons and links on the event page

  • Base Shade: Change the base tone to create a range of shades throughout your event page

  • Ticket button text: Override the default get tickets button. Choose from:

    • Get tickets

    • Register

    • Buy tickets

    • Donate

    • Buy Now

    • RSVPCustom - you can even use emoji’s 🎟️

Add additional images/videos to your event page through your event description
Navigate to event information > details while managing your event and use the image action icon

🎫 Style your digital and PDF tickets

While on the design & comms > styling page, select the tickets tab

Add your logo: Your logo will appear at the top left of the digital ticket

Ticket background colour: Match the design of your event page

Add a custom banner: Copy your event page banner image or add a new one

You cannot change the layout of the digital ticket for example the placement of the QR code or event information

✍ Add a custom message to your ticket

Include important on-the-day information right on the digital ticket

  1. Click design & comms

  2. Head to messages

  3. Click the ticket tab

  4. Craft your custom message that will appear on the digital ticket

The default digital ticket and confirmation email an attendee receives contains all the details of their order, including name, ticket type and event date - there is no need to include this information in your custom messaging.

You can also use the messages page to add custom messages to the confirmation page, confirmation email, and add to calendar links for your event
