You can add images to your ticket types, packages, donation or ticket group options, creating a vibrant and eye-catching event page you can use to highlight important items, articulate your experiences better and even help drive more sales!
Consider using images sparingly...
Not every ticket/package/group needs to have an image. Start with your most important ticket types or primary entry tickets to get a 'look and feel' for the event page.
Note: Images will only display on the event page.
They will not appear on a buyer's confirmation email, digital ticket, etc.
Image specifications
Image aspect ratio = 2:1 (e.g. 1200px x 600px)
Max size = 10mb
How to add an image to a ticket type or donation
Ticket or donations images will appear to the left of the item on the event page.
To add an image to a ticket:
Manage your event
Navigate to tickets > ticket types
Click the settings ⚙️icon to the right of your ticket type or donation
Select the upload an image or design on Canva option
How to add an image to a package ticket
Packaged ticket images will appear to the left of the item on the event page.
To add an image to a packaged ticket:
Manage your event
Navigate to tickets > packaged ticket
Click the settings ⚙️icon to the right of your packaged ticket
Select the upload an image or design on Canva option
How to add an image to a ticket group
Ticket group images will appear in the top 'carousel' menu above your ticket types on the select tickets page
To add an image to a ticket group:
Manage your event
Navigate to tickets > ticket groups
Click the settings ⚙️icon to the right of your ticket group
