Ticket groups can be used to clean up and simplify your ticket selection page, grouping subsets of ticket types into drop-down options.
Save your buyers time and frustration scrolling and help them find the right tickets.
Ticket groups will only affect how tickets are displayed on the event page and do not reflect on your reporting.
Looking to offer "Group" or "Table" options?
Packaged tickets can bundle together multiple tickets or ticket types into a single option at checkout

How to create a new ticket group
To create a ticket group, you must first create your ticket types via the tickets > ticket types page. Once you have your ticket options, then:
Navigate to tickets > ticket groups on the left-hand menu bar
Click create group
Enter a name for your group
Select the tickets that are included in this group
For example, Festival access-only tickets, Monday tickets only, Livestream tickets only, Series passes and bundle/family tickets
Click preview/view in the top right to see your event page and how the tickets and ticket groups will appear for your guests
Tickets will appear in the order they are added to the ticket group. To rearrange the ticket types, you must delete them and re-add them in the right order.
Collapse or expand ticket groups
By default, ticket groups appear expanded, meaning all tickets are displayed beneath each ticket group heading on the event page. Buyers can click the group to collapse it.
You can choose to collapse ticket groups by default, meaning buyers will need to click to expand. This can help clean up your ticket selection page by reducing the number of options and tickets visible when a buyer first lands on your event.
While managing your ticket groups on the tickets > ticket groups page, click the settings ⚙️ icon and toggle ON collapse by default
