🙈 Hide your tickets
Manage your event via the events tab
Navigate to tickets > ticket types via the left-hand menu bar
Find or create the ticket types you would like to hide, and then click the settings ⚙️ icon
Toggle ON hidden
Click save
🔑 Create an access code
Click promote > access codes via the left-hand menu bar
Click create code and give it a name e.g. VIPACCESS
Set the quantity (how many tickets can this code be used for) - Leave blank if you do not need a limit
Select the hidden ticket type(s) which will be revealed under applies to
Click save
You can bulk upload a list of unique access codes to control the amount of tickets each buyer is entitled to. This is great for uploading lists of members, sponsors, artists, or presale buyers
Select the CSV upload tab to upload codes en masse. We recommend using the template CSV file

Manual entry: Enter the code name after clicking the access hidden tickets link on the ticket selection page:

Providing this link will take a buyer to the event page and auto-apply the access code - no manual entry required!
