Collect all data from attendees with checkout questions

Besides the buyer's full name, email, and mobile, you can customise your checkout form using checkout questions to capture everything you need from attendees, such as company name, dietary requirements, and accessibility requirements

  • Toggle your checkout questions to not required to help reduce checkout friction and potentially losing sales

  • Set questions to be asked after checkout via the settings ⚙️ on each question

  • Buyers can use the manage order button on their confirmation email to update their details at a later date
