What is an order?
Updated this week

An order is every transaction that has taken place on your Humanitix event and is generated anytime makes a purchase or registration regardless of whether it's paid ticket, donation, add-on, or complimentary ticket.

The orders report is where you will find all buyer information (full name, email, and mobile) and a financial overview of amounts paid or refunded, booking fees charged, or discounts used etc.

This is different to the attendees report which is a list of all valid ticket holders only. For example, John makes a purchase of 3 tickets.

'1' order is created under John's details; 3 entries will appear on the attendees report.

Orders can be found while managing an event under the orders/refunds > orders page on the left-hand menu bar. You can head to reports > orders on the top menu bar to find a list of orders across multiple events.

Orders can never be "deleted". They are used for your reporting purposes such as to keep track of refunds and cancellations.

If the tickets have been cancelled within an order then those ticket holders will be removed from the attendees report.

You can use the orders report to:

We recommend exporting the orders report as a CSV if you want to find a granular financial breakdown of every order on your event
