A buyer's digital tickets are found on the order confirmation email that was sent to them after their purchase. They can access these tickets by clicking the view tickets button.
If a buyer has lost or deleted their original email, or has accidentally entered an incorrect email address, you can resend their order confirmation email to them with access to their digital ticket.
How to resend an order confirmation email and tickets
Select reports > orders from the top menu bar
Locate the order by searching for the order ID, name, or email
Click actions > resend order

A buyer still cannot locate their confirmation email after it was resent to them
Please ensure the buyer's email address is correct on their Humanitix order. Use the actions > edit... option to update their details if required.
Buyer's should also make sure they have checked their junk/spam folders in their inbox. They can try searching for sender address "[email protected]".
Can I see when exactly a ticket was resent to a buyer?
Unfortunately, we don't have a feature for hosts to view 'timestamps' or logs of when an order or tickets was sent or resent to a buyer.
