How to find your digital tickets
You will receive your digital tickets and PDF tax invoice/receipt in an order confirmation email sent to the email address entered during your purchase.
You should typically receive this email within a few minutes.
Click the view tickets button on your order confirmation email to view your digital tickets. These are not attached separately.
Request the event host resend your tickets
If you believe you have entered an incorrect email address or have deleted or lost the order confirmation email sent to you, then you can request that this be resent.
Visit the buyer support page and search for the event you are attending
Select the event
You should now see a contact host form
Select "Can't find my ticket/invoice" from the dropdown menu and complete the form. Please make sure to provide the same email address you used to purchase the tickets.
Click Submit.
Alternatively, you can also head to the event page directly and click contact host.
The host will receive a message with your details and resend your order confirmation email with tickets and tax invoice/receipt attached.
There is no "view tickets" button on my order confirmation email
If there is no "view tickets" button on your order confirmation email, the event host has disabled access to digital tickets.
This may be because either physical tickets are not required for entry, or tickets will be delivered via a separate email closer to the event date.
We recommend checking out the event information on the event page, your order confirmation email, the event's direct website, or via any additional email communication from the event host for any further information.
You can also get in touch with the event host directly by sending them a message using the contact host button on your order confirmation email or the event page.
Please note that Humanitix does not manage the events hosted on our platform.

Search your inbox using keywords. Look for words like "Humanitix," "tickets," or "confirmation."
Check your mail filters. Most email services provide filtering options to help you sort and manage your inbox. Check any "promotion" or "updates" folders if your inbox supports this.

Check for third-party filtering. If you use a company, corporate, or business email address, there may be other services in use that are blocking the message. Your company’s IT department or mail provider can confirm this and might need to whitelist @humanitix.com to prevent it from happening in the future.
Verify email acceptance settings. Make sure your email client allows messages from Humanitix to avoid blocked communications.
Still no luck?
