If you've made a ticket purchase on Humanitix but haven't received an order confirmation email with a link to your digital tickets, we recommend trying the following:
Check your junk/spam folders
While rare, some emails can frustratingly end up in junk or spam folders in your email inbox. Some organisation email firewalls can be stricter than others.
Try searching for the email
Using the search in your email inbox, try searching for any email that contains the exact event name, or for emails sent from "[email protected]"
Make sure you are looking at the correct email inbox
It happens! Make sure you check any other personal or work email addresses that you may have access to. We've seen many ticket buyers autofill an alternative email address during their checkout.
If you paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay
If you checked out with Apple Pay or Google Pay, your order confirmation email would have been sent to the email address associated with your Apple/Google account.
Ensure your purchase was successful
Check your bank account or credit card statement for a "successful" debit. If you cannot see a successful debit from Humanitix, your order may not have been successful. Note: pending transactions may disappear from your statement within 1-5 business days if your order was not successful.
If your email address was incorrect and/or still cannot locate your email
We recommend navigating back to the Humanitix event page and clicking the contact host button, where you can send a message to the event host.
Provide any information you ca,n including the name the order would have been purchased under, ticket types purchased, and order date to help the event host locate your order.
β
You may have entered an incorrect email address or included a typo, which prevented the order confirmation email from reaching you.
If you cannot find your confirmation email, and the event is today
If you cannot find your order confirmation email and/or digital tickets and it's the day of the event we recommend bringing a form of ID to the event, and proof of purchase. Event staff will be able to find your ticket using the details used to register for the event.
