Requesting a change of change or event on Humanitix
Humanitix does not directly manage ticket transfer requests, such as transferring a ticket to a different event day or venue. If you want to request a change to the date of your booking or another event, you must request this from the event host.
Your request is subject to the discretion of the host and/or the change and cancellation policy of the event.
Use the Contact Host button - found at the bottom of the event listing or in your confirmation email to send this request to an event host.
We recommend checking out the Humanitix event page and/or the event's direct website or social media for any further information and FAQs regarding date changes.
Steps to contact an event host on Humanitix
Locate your order confirmation email or the event page
You'll find this order confirmation was sent to the email address used for your purchase. This email was sent from [email protected]
Alternatively, search for the event page via humanitix.com
Click "Contact Host"
Click the contact host button on the email or the event page
Submit your request
Use the message form to send a direct request to the event host. Ensure you include all necessary information such as your Order ID, Name, and details of the request. This will help an event host action your request as soon as possible.
Event hosts will reply directly to you via email or phone using the contact details provided in your request or your booking. Please be patient as they may be working through many requests in the lead up to an event.
