I want to update the details on my booking

❌ You do NOT need to create an account on Humanitix to manage your booking.

⚠️ Your event host may not have allowed you to update your order. If that's the case, you will have to contact the event host for your request.


How to change the name on your order and/or digital ticket

  1. Open the order confirmation email you received after purchasing the ticket

  2. Click manage order button

  3. Update your order details and details for each ticket

  4. To save the changes, click "Save" at the bottom

If you do not see a manage order button or the ability to edit the names or details for each ticket, this may have been disabled by the event host.

Use the contact host button on your order confirmation email to message the event host if you require more information and/or refer to the event page for more information.


Forwarding tickets to each ticket holder

If you have provided each ticket holder's email address, you can also check the Email Tickets to Attendees box to distribute the tickets to each ticket holder's email address.
