You can easily find a list of ticket holders that have registered for your event via the attendees report while managing your event or by looking at your event in the Humanitix for hosts app!
How to find a list of attendees coming to your event
Within the Humanitix console, you can find a list of names and all information for the attendees who have bought tickets to your event via the attendees report.
Manage your event via the events tab
Click manage attendees > attendees on the left-hand menu
Using the download button towards the top right, you can export this report as a CSV or a simplified PDF guest list
Attendees are all valid ticket holders for your event.
If a ticket is cancelled, the ticket holder will be removed from the attendees report.
Why do I have "duplicate" names in my attendee list
If you're seeing "duplicate" names in your attendee report it is likely because you are not collecting unique names on each ticket or the buyer has entered the same name on mulitple tickets.
The attendee report is a list of all valid tickets and ticket holder information. By default, if a unique name is not collected for each ticket the First and Last Name will be the buyer's.
For example, if John Smith buys "2" tickets, by default, there will be "2" tickets under the attendees report with the name, 'John Smith'.
You can prompt buyers to enter in a unique name for each ticket using checkout questions.
Download a list of attendees for a specific ticket type or event date
If your event has multiple ticket types or recurring event dates you can download a filtered list of attendees.
Click the filter 🎚️ button to the right of the search bar and select all relevant ticket type(s) and/or event dates
Find a list of your attendees in the Humanitix for Hosts app
The Humanitix for Hosts app is a free-to-use app that can be downloaded onto any iOS or Android smartphone and tablet and is a quick way to find a list of all guests who have registered for your event while on the go, and also check-in any attendees on the day.
Download the Humanitix for hosts app via the iOS Apple store (iphone) or the Google play store (Android)
Log into your Humanitix account using your email and password
Select your event and event date (if multiple)
Select the attendees tab on the bottom menu bar
