All information you collect from buyers and attendees including names, email addresses, dietary requirements, and custom questions, are found within the buyer and attendee reports.
Both reports can be found via the reports tab on the top menu bar, or on an event level and can be exported as a CSV file.
Use the orders report to find buyer information
Buyer information is found on the orders report and includes all granular financial information about each transaction, the buyer details, and any order-level questions.
To find and download the orders report for a single event:
Manage your event via the events tab
Navigate to orders/refunds > orders tab on the left-hand menu bar
Click the ⬇️ download button in the top right to export your data as a CSV file
Use the actions button to the right of an order to edit details, resend, or refund and cancel tickets within an order.
Checkout questions that are applied to "Order" will appear on the Orders report
Checkout questions that are asked once per order appear under the "buyer details" during checkout and therefore appear with the buyer information. This information will also appear on the attendees report. Questions asked per ticket will only appear on the attendees report (see below).
Use the attendees report to find answers to checkout questions
The attendees' report is a list of all ticket holder information and is where you will find any answers to checkout questions that were asked on a ticket level.
To find and download the attendees' report for a single event:
Manage your event via the events tab
Navigate to manage attendees > attendees
Click the ⬇️ export attendees button in the top right
The PDF guest list is a simplified report useful for checking in attendees on the day
The attendee details CSV file will give you access to all granular data
You can filter the attendee's report by ticket types, event dates or cancelled tickets by using the 🎚️ filter button to the right of the search bar.
The attendees' report will have all of the information collected for each ticket holder.
Are you looking for financial information about the transactions in an order? Export the orders report instead from Orders / Refunds >> Orders.
Commonly asked questions
Why can’t I find the answers to one of my checkout questions?
Each checkout question must be unique in the system to ensure accurate reporting. This ensures responses are properly categorised and avoids overlap in attendee data. If you have identical checkout questions, editing one slightly will differentiate them, allowing both questions and answers to display correctly in the Attendees Report.
