How to update your details on your order
Locate the confirmation email you have received in your inbox.
If you see a βManage Orderβ button, the organiser has allowed you to update or edit the information on yourself. If not, you will have to contact the event host for your request.
You don't need an account with Humanitix to manage your bookings/tickets
Click Manage Order to change the contact details as well as the names on your tickets.
Click update order and click Edit.
Change the details you wish and click Update at the bottom to implement your changes.
If email addresses are being collected for each ticket, you can also check Email tickets to attendees for the tickets to be sent to each ticket holder.
