Event hosts will also have access to the details (you have registered these tickets with. If it's too late to have the tickets resent to you, ensure you arrive at the event with appropriate ID or proof of purchase so that the event host can locate your order and tickets on the day.
How do I make changes to my order?
To update details such as the name on tickets, use the manage order button on your order confirmation email.
Select the manage tab.
Please note that some event hosts may have restricted the ability to change the name or details of your tickets, and therefore the manage tab may not be visible.
Review the event's refund policy, event description, or FAQ's for directions on how to manage changes to your details.
Use the contact host option on your confirmation email or the event page to send a message to the event host and request a change to your details.
You must use the contact host option to request a change to the ticket type(s) you have purchased, to request a refund, or a change in your booking date/time.
Humanitix does not manage the event's hosted on our platform directly and so cannot assist with any changes to orders without the direction of the event host.
