You do not need to create an account on Humanitix to purchase or view your tickets.
Accounts are only needed by event hosts who are running events on Humanitix.
After your ticket purchase on Humanitix, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address used for your purchase with a link to view tickets and an attached PDF tax invoice/receipt (for paid orders).
I have lost or can't find my tickets
We recommend searching all possible email addresses you might have used for any email from "[email protected]", using the keyword "Humanitix" or the event name that you registered for.
Check payment method accounts, such as Apple Pay or PayPal, for alternate email addresses that might have been used to receive the tickets.
Please also check your junk/spam folders. Additionally, to ensure our emails land in your inbox, add [email protected] to your safe sender or email whitelist settings.
If you still cannot locate your order confirmation email with a link to your digital ticket, you can use the contact host button on the event page to contact the event host and ask them to resend your order confirmation email.
Event hosts will also have access to the details you have registered for these tickets. If it's too late to have the tickets resent to you, ensure you arrive at the event with appropriate ID or proof of purchase so that the event host can locate your order and tickets on the day. Some event hosts may send tickets closer to the event date instead of sending them directly after the purchase. If this is the case, you will receive an order confirmation email initially, which serves as proof of your purchase but does not include the tickets.
How do I make changes to my order?
For most events on Humanitix, you can update the names on your tickets and any other collected data.
Click the manage order button on your order confirmation email sent to you after your purchase.
Changes to tickets, dates, events, or refund requests
You'll need to contact the event host directly for any changes to your order, including the tickets you've purchased or the date/time you've booked.
β
Click the contact host button on your order confirmation email or the event page to send them a message.
No manage order button on your order confirmation email
Some event hosts may have restricted the ability to update your orders and ticket information. You'll need to refer to their name change policy or contact them directly.
Humanitix does not manage the events hosted on our platform directly and so cannot assist with any changes to orders without the direction from the event host.
