You can easily duplicate or "copy" an event page to avoid recreating an event which has the same format or design, as a previous event. This is really helpful if you're running an annual event or multiple events with the same set up.
Not all features are duplicated from previous events.
How to duplicate an event:
Manage the event via the events tab
Click the menu "..." in the top right
Select duplicate event
Enter or amend the new event name
A new draft event will be created which can be edited and changed before you publish
When duplicating events, we recommend making your event names unique. While it may be the same event or content, this will help when searching for your event or your reporting.
For example, "Sunshine Conference", when duplicated, could become "Sunshine Conference 2025"
What is copied over during a duplication?
Duplicating an event will copy over most event information, styling and ticketing details, however not all features will be copied over as these are typically event-specific. Review your new event before published.
An event duplication will copy from an original event:
Event sales status
such as "sold out" or "sales have been stopped" Learn mor

What is NOT copied in the duplicate
No event or attendee data is copied from a previous event as well as several features which may be considered event-specific.
An event duplication will NOT copy:
Any sales or attendee data in the orders and attendees report
Access codes
Discount codes
Ticket ordering
Scanning messages
Seating maps
Seating map venues are saved as templates that can be copied to your newly duplicated event. You will need to re-map all ticket types on the new event.
Tip: Running the same event across multiple days or sessions?
