Create and draft your events ahead of time then schedule the exact date and time you would like your event to be published.
How to set a date/time to publish your event later
Manage your event and click the publish in the top right
In the pop-up modal, toggle ON publish later and set a future date and time for the event to go live
Click Schedule to save your scheduled date
Note: after you’ve successfully scheduled the publish date, the “Publish” button will change to “Schedule” and a note appears to indicate the scheduling is in effect: “This event is live on…”
If you have opted to notify your followers they will only be notified when the event is published.
How to edit the scheduled publish date
You can edit the publish date at any time before the event has been published
Click the schedule button to launch the publish event pop-up
Modify the date and/or time
Click schedule to save changes
How to cancel your event being published at a later date
Click the schedule button to launch the publish event pop-up;
Click unschedule to clear and delete the schedule.
If your event has already been published, you will need to click unpublish.
Note: You can only unpublish an event that has no valid tickets. You may need to cancel any existing tickets if you wish to still unpublish an event.
