Accessibility on Humanitix

We aim to be the most accessible ticketing platform for buyers and hosts, offering a simple, easy-to-navigate checkout that's screen reader-friendly.

We undergo regular internal audits and work with third parties in the accessibility space, such as Knowibility, Atlassian, Vision Australia, Google, Inotopia, and Visibility Scotland, to address accessibility issues on the Humanitix platform and unlock the experience of events for people with disabilities.

We recognise accessibility is a journey and requires ongoing work from platforms.

If you notice any part of the Humanitix platform that can be improved, please get in touch with the Humanitix support team.

Commonly asked questions

Can Humanitix be used with a screen reader?

Yes. Both the buyer-facing checkout experience and the backend host-facing event management console have been designed to support screen readers. This also includes our Humanitix for Hosts app.

If you notice any part of the Humanitix platform that can be improved in this area, please get in touch with the Humanitix support team via the messenger or email us at [email protected] and provide as much information as possible.

Do you have a shareable Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) or Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR)?

We currently do not have a VPAT or ACR to share with hosts, but we work with leading accessibility third parties such as Knowibility, Atlassian, Vision Australia, and Visibility Scotland to audit and fix accessibility issues on our platform.

Do you have a shareable accessibility product roadmap?

While a shareable roadmap is not available, Humanitix regularly and aggressively pushes accessibility into its product roadmaps, conducting regular audits of our checkout, event management console, and host app experiences.
