If you wish to delete your Humanitix account please contact the Humanitix support team.
You can contact us through the messenger after logging in or email us at [email protected]. Provide your account email address and the reasons you want to delete your account.
Note: For privacy and security reasons, we will need the request to come from the email address associated with the Humanitix account.
What happens to past event data?
For auditing purposes sales data cannot be completely deleted, however you can:
Request your event data is anonymised OR
Request events are transferred to a new account
Please let us know your requirements when submitting your account deletion request
