How to delete your Humanitix account

We’re so sorry to hear you want to delete your Humanitix account. We’d love for you to stay!

If you wish to delete your Humanitix account, please contact the Humanitix support team. You can contact us through messenger after logging in or email us at [email protected].

Provide your account email address and the reasons you want to delete your account. Once your request is processed, your account will be disabled, and you will no longer be able to access it or conduct any activities using your account.

Note: For privacy and security reasons, we will need the request to come from the email address associated with the Humanitix account.

What happens to past event data?

For auditing purposes, sales data cannot be completely deleted; however, you can:

  • Request that your event data be anonymised OR

  • Request events are transferred to a new account
