How to change your account email address

Contact support to submit a ticket if you need to update your account email.

To change your account email address, you must contact the Humanitix support team.

Use the messenger to raise a support ticket by typing "change account email address" and following the prompts.

The Humanitix team will action your request within 1 business day, and you will be notified via messenger and confirmation email.

Your account email address cannot be changed to one that has been used on another account; however, you can request an account transfer.

Changing your email will not affect your live event sales or data.

For privacy and security reasons, you must submit a change of account email request from the email address of the original account. The Humanitix team may request more information or verification if the request is being actioned from a third-party email.
