Submit a ticket to change your account email
Use the messenger to send Humanitix a message and submit a "change account email" ticket.
Simply type "Change account email" and follow the prompts.
The Humanitix team will action your request within 1 business day and you will be notified via messenger and confirmation email.
Changing your email will not affect your live event sales or data.
For privacy and security reasons you must submit a change of account email request from the email address of the original account. The Humanitix team may request more information or verification if the request is being actioned from a third-party email.
