How to change your account email address

Account email addresses cannot be changed once created, however, you can request an account transfer to a new account on Humanitix using a new email address.

To change your account email address through an account transfer

  1. Sign up on Humanitix again using the new email address you would like to use moving forward (you will need to log out of your current account)

  2. Log back into your original account

  3. Using the messenger in the bottom right contact the Humanitix support team and complete a transfer account request

The Humanitix team will action your request within 1 business day and you will be notified via messenger and confirmation email. When notified, log into the new account to see all events as normal.

Account transfers will not affect your live event sales or data. You can request a transfer at any time.

For privacy and security reasons you must submit an account transfer request from the email address of the original account. The Humanitix team may request more information or verification if the request is being actioned from a third-party email.


What will and will not be transferred?

What will be transferred:

  • Events

  • Host Profiles

  • Global templates

  • Email attendees campaigns

  • Tours

  • Gift Cards (incl. Gift Card pages and orders)

  • Merchandise

  • Global discount codes

  • Bank accounts

  • My Team Permissions (limiting to those that have been shared from your account)

What will not be transferred:

  • Permissions that have been shared to you from other accounts.

  • Your default choice from the bank accounts transferred.
