If you’ve just received a notification or prompt to verify your account, no stress!

This is a one-time check-in make sure you are a human and not a robot 🤖

How do I verify my account?

You can submit a verify my account support ticket with the Humanitix team via messenger after logging in. Our team will review your account and you'll be notified via email and via the in-console messenger when you are verified and ready to go.

  1. Click on the chat button in the bottom right

  2. Choose the message icon > contact support

  3. Select Verify my account


How long will it take for my account to be verified?

We know you are eager to set up and manage your events so the Humanitix team treats account verifications as a priority.

Most verifications are completed within 1-2 hours during business hours. There may be a small delay outside of these hours.


I have submitted a ticket is there anything else I need to do?

Once you've submitted a verify my account support ticket our team will review your account and notify you. There is nothing else you need to do unless the Humanitix team asks for any more information. There may be occasions where we need to speak to you over the phone so please make sure your contact details are correct.
