During some ticket purchases your card issuer or bank may require you to complete a two-step verification before your Humanitix order can be completed. This may require you to log into your banking app and approve a payment, or, enter a one-time code sent to you via SMS or email linked to your account.
These two-step verifications are an anti-fraud measure to help protect your account and ensure that it is you making the purchase.
If you are unable to approve the payment in your app or enter the one-time code, your payment will not be successful and your Humanitix order will not be completed.
