Once a ticket has been successfully resold through Humanitix resale, you will receive a refund typically within 5 business days of receiving the refund confirmation email. Note: Some banks may take longer and can take up to 10 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for your purchase.
What if the card I used is now blocked, cancelled, or closed?
If you have received a refund confirmation email from Humanitix for your resale, it's likely that your bank has accepted the credit (refund). Continue to check the same account that a new card has been issued for, or, if the entire account was closed, please get in touch with your bank/card issuer with the details of the refund.
They will be able to transfer the amount to an account of your choosing.
We recommend waiting the full 10 business days it can take for a refund to appear before contacting the bank to ensure that the credit is available.
If your bank/card issuer states they cannot locate the refund are the entire waiting period, or, you did not receive a refund confirmation email, please contact the event host using the contact host button on your order confirmation email or the event page.
