Humanitix resale is a secure and ethical way for buyers to resell their tickets or action name changes - at the original cost - publicly or privately to friends, avoiding the direct transfer of funds and chance of being scammed.
Not every event on Humanitix offers resale, and availability is at the discretion of the event/event host.
Events that have resale enabled will have a buy resale notification on the event page and/or select ticket types. Publicly available tickets will appear on the dedicated resale page created for this event. Additionally, sellers can generate a private link and share it directly with someone.
Buyers will pay through the Humanitix website or private link using their card and will be issued a new order confirmation email. The original seller will have their ticket cancelled and their original order refunded.
Humanitix never recommends purchasing tickets directly off someone online without a Humanitix resale link or through a third-party website, especially in cases where the seller requests money to be sent to them directly e.g. via bank transfer.
