If you received a refund confirmation email from Humanitix, your bank or card issuer has likely accepted the credit, and your refund will still be processed to your account. Banks can often accept refunds to the same account even if the original debit or credit card was cancelled.
We recommend waiting for the full refund period (2-5 business days, but may take up to 10 days for some banks).
Continue to recheck the account you used for your purchase.
If the account is closed and you do not have access to it, contact your bank/card issuer directly with the details of the refund so they can help locate this amount for you. They will be able to transfer the credit to an account of your choosing.
If you did not receive a refund confirmation email and believe a refund should have been issued, or if you still cannot locate the refund after this period, please contact the event host using the contact host button on your order confirmation email.
