When a refund has been processed for your Humanitix order you will receive a refund confirmation email.
From the time of action, refunds can typically take between 2-5 business days to reach your account.
However, please note some refunds can take up to 14 days.
Refund processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and processing time varies. Once a refund is actioned, Humanitix cannot control when this refund will be processed by your card issuer.
If you have received a refund confirmation email but have not yet received a refund we recommend waiting the full refund period and ensuring you are checking the same account that you have used for your purchase. Closed credit cards can still receive credits (refunds) for a period.
