Refunds are processed at the discretion of event hosts inline with the event's refund and cancellation policy.
If your refund amount was less than expected, it could be due to:
Humanitix booking fees are, by default, non-refundable. You will have been refunded 100% of the face value of your tickets
The event host has processed a partial refund inline with their refund policy e.g. "80% refund if 2 days prior to the event"
You have paid with an international card and the exchange has changed since your original purchase
Humanitix does not process refunds on behalf of event hosts. If you have a question about your refund amount please message the event host directly using the contact host button on your order confirmation email or the event page.
