All buyers are, by default, sent a digital ticket accessible via the view tickets button on their order confirmation email. They will also have the option to download and/or print this ticket as a PDF ticket.
A buyer doesn't need to print or download a PDF version of a ticket to access their QR code
You cannot change the layout of the digital ticket for example the placement of the QR code, event information, or any wording.
Add a banner image and logo to the digital ticket
Navigate to the comms > messaging on the left-hand men and select ticket style and message
Upload ticket logo: Your logo will appear at the top left of the digital ticket
Upload banner image: Copy your event page banner image or add a new one that will appear on the digital ticket.
Note: Banner images and logos do not appear on tickets saved to Google, Apple or Samsung wallets.
How to add a custom message to your ticket
All important event information is already included on the digital ticket including where relevant ticket holder name, ticket type event date and time, seating location.
However, you can also include any other important on-the-day information or FAQs to a customer's digital ticket
Navigate to comms > messaging on the left-hand menu
Select the ticket style and message
Scroll to add a message to the tickets and craft your custom message
You can also use the messages page to add custom messages to the confirmation page, confirmation email, and add to calendar links for your event. β
Note: Custom messages won't appear on a digital ticket that a buyer has added to the Google or Apple Wallet. Due to the high uptake of these tools we recommend you include any important information in additional comms or messages in addition to the ticket message.

Commonly asked questions
Can I remove the QR code from the digital ticket?
No you cannot remove the QR code from the digital ticket. If you do want to use tickets at all for your event, you can turn off the sending of digital tickets entirely. Buyers will still receive a confirmation email, but there will be no digital ticket for them to access.
Navigate to advanced > settings via the left-hand menu bar while managing your event. Toggle OFF send tickets.
