How to turn off digital tickets being sent with orders

By default, buyers will receive a digital ticket with QR code for each ticket type that they have purchased, accessible via their order confirmation email.

You can choose to turn off the sending of digital tickets entirely for all ticket types in an event, or for specific ticket types only. Buyers will still receive a confirmation email but with no digital ticket attached.

Example below shows order confirmation email will ALL tickets turned off

To turn off the sending of digital tickets

  1. Navigate to the advanced > settings page on the left-hand menu bar of your event

  2. Toggle OFF send tickets

    1. For all ticket types OR

    2. For specific ticket types
