Commonly asked questions

Can you apply an access code to a hidden packaged ticket?

Yes, you can apply an access code to a packaged ticket. A packaged ticket will count towards the quantity/capacity just like a single ticket regardless of the number of tickets included in a package.
For example, you create a hidden "Group of 4" package ticket which includes 4 x Tickets. A buyer uses an access code to purchase 1 x Group of 4. This counts as a usage of "1" for the access code.

Can a buyer apply more than one access code to their order?

A buyer can only apply one access code to their order. You can achieve a similar result by creating a discount code as a buyer can apply both an access code and a discount code in the same order.
For example, a buyer should receive exclusive access to a complimentary ticket and another set of discounted tickets.
You can create a hidden, complimentary ticket type which is revealed by an access code and then create a separate discount code to give them a specific $/% off an existing paid ticket type.

Can I hide a ticket type from only one event date within a recurring event date?

All ticket types and their settings will apply to each event date within an event. i.e. Hiding a ticket type will hide it from all event dates.

If you have exclusive access ticket types which only apply to specific event dates you may wish to create a separate event page for these event dates + ticket types. You can showcase all event pages on a single link using a tour page
