Self action your cancellation
If the host of your event has enabled self-action cancellations for your event, you can do this in your order confirmation email.
To check if your event has self-actioned cancellations enabled, click the "manage order" button in your confirmation email. If there is a "Refund / Cancel" tab, then you can action your own cancellation!
Next, select which tickets you want to refund/cancel, and click "review" to review and confirm your request.
Contact your event host
If the host of your event has not enabled self action cancellations, you will need to contact them directly to request one.
You can find the "Contact Host" button on your confirmation email or on the event page. You will be able to select the "I want to cancel my ticket" option from the dropdown menu.
