Ticket cancellations, for most events, are actioned by the event host. You can send the event host a message to request that your ticket be cancelled.
Humanitix does not directly manage the events hosted on our platform. We won't action any cancellations without direction from the event host.
Contact the event host
You can send a message to the event host using the contact host button on your Humanitix order confirmation email sent after checkout, or on the event page.
Self-service ticket cancellations
Some events may have enabled self-service ticket cancellations/refunds.
Open your Humanitix order confirmation email
Click the manage order button
Click the refund/cancel tab.
Select which tickets you would like to cancel and follow the prompts
If the refund/cancel tab does not appear in your manage order page, then self-service cancellations are not available for your event. If you cannot process a cancellation, then you may have missed the refund/cancellation cut-off.
