Humanitix is a self-service event ticketing platform. We provide event hosts the tools to manage all aspects of their events, and while we try to stay in the know, we can't know the ins and outs of the thousands of events on our platform!
For example, ticket purchases, event date or time changes, and refund requests are all best addressed by the event host.
ℹ️ For all event and ticket-related enquiries, your event host is the best point of contact.
There are 2 ways where you can contact your event host:
Find your order confirmation email
In your email inbox, search for emails sent from "[email protected]"
Click the Contact host button in your order confirmation email, as shown below:

Can't find your email? No stress! You can contact your event host from our website by following the steps below:
On the ticket buyer support page, search the event using the search bar;
Select the event from the list of search results;
On the event page, click the Contact host link towards the bottom of the event listing page. Here's what it looks like:
Ticket Assistance
If you have already registered for an event, the host should be able to locate your order details at the door even if you cannot contact them before the event. This is particularly relevant if you encounter issues closer to the event date.
