You can request all, multiple, or a single event is transferred from your account (email address) to another. This option is recommended if you need to change your email address, or, you need to give ownership of these events to another user, teammate, or colleague.

How to request an account or event transfer
Account or event transfers must be actioned by contacting the Humanitix support team. Transfers are completed within 1 business day and all event data will remain intact. Events can be transferred both before and after they are published. This allows flexibility for the new account holder to adjust settings or continue managing ongoing ticket sales uninterrupted.
Create your new account by signing up with your new email

Ask for "Account, fees and transfers" and then "Account transfer"
For privacy and security reasons, account transfers must be requested from the original account email address.

Post-Transfer Considerations
After completing a transfer, permissions may need to be adjusted to facilitate collaboration. The new owner can share permissions with the previous owner for ongoing involvement. All event data, such as ticket sales and configurations, remains intact, but the new owner should review all event settings to ensure accuracy.
