Step 1: Become an insider
To try out early access features through the Insider Labs program, you must first opt in to become an insider.
Go to the account > my account > Insider Labs page, then select become an insider.
Becoming an Insider does not automatically enable early access features for your account or event(s).
You can choose to enable the features you want to try.
Things you should know:
Early access features through the Insider Labs program are in development.
They may change over time or may be removed entirely.
Key elements may be missing, and you may notice performance changes.
Some features, when enabled, may change how your event interacts with or affects buyers, so care should be taken when enabling for a live event.
Some features, once enabled, cannot be removed.
You will be warned before these are completely enabled.
Step 2: Enable early access features
Some features are available at the account level and apply to all events, while others are enabled for individual events.
Available features can be enabled via the Insider Labs tab.
Enable account-level features
Go to account > my account > Insider Labs and click enable next to any available feature.
These features will typically apply to all events under your account, if applicable.
Enable event-level features
While managing an event, go to advanced > Insider Labs on the left-hand menu and click enable next to any available feature.
