Global discount codes are discounts that can be applied to one or multiple events under your Humanitix account. Discount codes can be created at the event level but are specific only to that event.
Global discount codes are great if you're looking to offer recurring discounts to audiences like members or discounts across an entire event series.
To create a global discount code:
Select promote > global discount codes via the top menu
Click create code
Enter your code name
This is what buyers will enter during checkoutEnter the percentage (%) or fixed amount discount applied per ticket
Select which events this code will apply to
Enter quantity which is the total number of tickets that can be discounted by this code
[Optional] Enter the maximum use per order
Selecting all events will mean your code applies to all existing and future events.
Both quantity and maximum use per order are applied on the ticket level.
