If you'd like to remove your ticket(s) from resale, you can do so at any time before they're sold.
Follow these steps:
Open your order confirmation email.
Select Manage Order.
Navigate to the Resale tab.
Locate the ticket you want to remove from resale.
Click the three dots (•••) next to the ticket.
Select Stop Resale.
Select Confirm.
Your ticket will then be removed from resale and remain in your account for your use.
Note: Once a ticket has been sold, the resale can't be cancelled or reversed.
