How do I know when my ticket has been resold?

You will be notified by a refund confirmation email once your ticket has been successfully resold via Humanitix resale. This refund confirmation will contain the details of the ticket and the order that was resold.

This is a confirmation that your ticket has been resold and a refund is on its way.

You can also check the status of your resale via the manage order button on your confirmation email. Tickets will appear with the status "resold" once successfully resold.


​Note: Resales cannot be undone. Your ticket is immediately cancelled, and a new ticket is issued to the buyer.
