I entered an incorrect email address for my order

If you believe you have made a successful purchase for an event hosted on Humanitix but did not receive a confirmation email due to a typo or incorrect email address entered during checkout, you can request that your details be updated and your email and tickets be resent to you.

  1. Ensure your purchase was successful
    A successful purchase results in a "confirmation page" and a successful debit on your account. The confirmation page will tell you what email address your order was sent to.

  2. Contact the event host
    Your event host can update and resend your order.
    Find the contact host button on the event page and use the order form to send a message to the event host.
    Please be patient while event hosts respond to you directly.
