To request a change to your booking for another event, or another date/time for an event, you will need to get in touch with the event host.
Ticket changes are managed by the event host at their own discretion and in line with the event's cancellations/changes policy, or event availability.
You can send them a message using the contact host button on your order confirmation email or the event page.
Humanitix does not manage the events listed on our platform directly, nor make changes to bookings on behalf of event hosts.
