To transfer your ticket for another event, or another date/time for an event, you will need to get in touch with the event host, who has the ability to swap your ticket.
Ticket transfers or swaps are managed by the event host at their discretion and subject to the event's availability, and its cancellations/exchange policy.
You can send them a message using the contact host button on your order confirmation email or the event page.
If you have made contact with the host who has approved your transfer request, but the host is having trouble updating your ticket, please ask the host to forward your correspondence thread to Humanitix, including their approval in writing. We can help after verifying the host's approval because, generally speaking, Humanitix does not manage the events listed on our platform directly, and we cannot make changes to bookings on behalf of event hosts without their approval.
