Yes, if your event is running on the Humanitix payment gateway, you can choose to delay the number of days after your event ends before your payout is processed or request that the payout be paused indefinitely. This can be useful if you need more time to process refunds or nominate a new bank account.

Events are automatically paid out 2-3 business days after the event end date and time.

Note: If your event is connected to a Stripe account, you can control payouts from your Stripe dashboard. Humanitix does not manage these ticket sales.

To delay when your event payout occurs beyond the 2 business days waiting period, manage your event and navigate to the payments and fees > settings > payouts page via the left-hand menu bar.

Increase the field to the number of business days after your event, you would like this payment to occur.

If you would like to pause your event payout indefinitely, please contact the Humanitix support team via the messenger after logging in, or via [email protected].

Please provide the event page URL.

Once paused, no payout for that event will occur until you contact the Humanitix support team to unpause and process any outstanding payout.
