How to connect your events to Spotify
Request music integration approval from the Humanitix team:
Before your event's can be synced to Spotify, your account must be approved by the Humanitix support
Use the messenger after logging in or send an email to [email protected] and request "Spotify integration approval"
The Humanitix team will respond within 1 business day
Ensure you have created your account and/or events prior to requesting approval.
Tag your artists
Manage your event and head to the event information page
Scroll down to discoverability
Under the artists section, search for and select the artist(s) performing at your event
The search bar uses Spotify's profile database. Select the artist as it appears.
You must use the address field when setting your event's location. Events with a custom or to-be-announced location will not be synced to Spotify.
Private events are not synced to Spotify
How does it work?
Once your artists are tagged and your account approved, your Humanitix event page links will appear in the artist's Spotify profile. Spotify's engagement tools will also drive ticket buyers to your events:
Smarter fan targeting: Your Humanitix event link will appear on the artist’s Spotify profile and in concert recommendations for fans who have streamed, saved, or followed them.
Proactive notifications: Spotify sends in-app push alerts to fans when your event is nearby and features an artist they love.
Abandoned cart follow ups: Fans who show interest in your event on Spotify will receive follow-up emails reminding them to grab their tickets, boosting your conversion rate.
