Turn off the "mobile" required question at checkout

The buyer's mobile question cannot be removed but can be made optional via the advanced settings of your event

Due to our data collection standards, the buyer’s mobile question cannot be removed. However, it can be made optional for those events where that may be unnecessary.


Turn off the mobile required question for a single event

  1. Manage your event via the events tab

  2. Head to advanced > settings on the left-hand menu

  3. Click the checkout tab

  4. Toggle off mobile required > click save


Turn of the mobile required question for all events (account level)

  1. Click account from the top menu bar > my account

  2. Head to default settings

  3. Click the checkout tab

  4. Toggle off mobile required > click save

  5. Optional: Apply this change to all your existing events by clicking apply to all when prompted
