All information you collect from buyers and attendees including names, email addresses, dietary requirements, and custom questions, are found within the attendee's report.
Access the attendee's report
Select your event via the events tab on the top menu bar
Navigate to manage attendees > attendees from the left-hand side menu
Search for attendees using their order ID, name, email address
Download this report via the 📥 download report button at the bottom of the page, or the ⬇️ export attendees button in the top right
The PDF guest list is a simplified report useful for checking in attendees on the day
The attendee details CSV file will give you access to all granular data
Tip: Filter and sort the attendee's report by ticket types, event dates or cancelled tickets by using the 🎚️ filter button to the right of the search bar.
The attendees' report will have all of the information collected for each ticket holder.
Are you looking for financial information about the transactions in an order? Export the orders report instead from Orders / Refunds >> Orders.

Why can’t I find the answers to one of my checkout questions?
Each checkout question must be unique in the system to ensure accurate reporting. This ensures responses are properly categorised and avoids overlap in attendee data. If you have identical checkout questions, editing one slightly will differentiate them, allowing both questions and answers to display correctly in the Attendees Report.
