How long will it take for my account to be verified?
We know you are eager to set up and manage your events so the Humanitix team treats account verifications as a priority.
Most verifications are completed within 1-2 hours during business hours. There may be a small delay outside of these hours.
You do not need to submit multiple verification requests.
I have submitted a ticket is there anything else I need to do?
Once you've requested to verify your account, our team will review your account and notify you. There is nothing else you need to do unless the Humanitix team asks for any more information. There may be occasions where we need to speak to you over the phone so please make sure your contact details are correct.
