To change your account password
Navigate to the login page (you will need to log out if already logged in)
Enter your email address > click get started
Click the forgot password link
You will receive an email with a unique link to complete the password change

How do I log out if I am already logged in?
To log out of your Humanitix account click the initials in the top right (next to the help and search bar) of the Humanitix console then select log out
I have not received a reset password email
Please check your spam/junk folders as emails of this nature may sometimes end up in these folders.
Will changing my password log me out of all other devices?
Yes, resetting or changing your password means you will be prompted to log in again on another other device currently logged into your account.
