I need to change the name or details of my tickets

The details of your tickets, including names, can be updated using the manage order button on the order confirmation email sent to you after your purchase.

You do not need an account with Humanitix to manage your order or ticket details.

  1. Click Manage Order to change the contact details as well as the names on your tickets.

  2. Click update order > edit.

  3. Change the details you wish and click update at the bottom.

  4. If email addresses are being collected for each ticket, you can also check email tickets to attendees for the tickets to be sent to each ticket holder.

There is no "manage order" button on my order confirmation email

If no manage order button appears in your email, it is because either:

  1. The event host has disabled the ability to update order details, or

  2. You are not the main purchaser. Only the person who bought the tickets can update these details. Get in touch with them to request a change.

To request any updates, message the event host using the contact host button on your confirmation email or event page.

There is no field for me to change the names on my tickets

If there is no field available to change the names - or any other details - on your tickets, it is because:

  1. The event host has disabled the ability to update order details, or

  2. Unique names are not required for each ticket

Data collection is controlled by the event host. For any questions or to request an update, message the event host using the contact host button on your confirmation email or event page.
