Waitlists are not available for every event on Humanitix and are enabled at the discretion of event hosts.
If a waitlist is available, you will see the prompt to join the waitlist on any sold-out ticket type.
Ticket availability and offers through the waitlist are controlled by the event host.
You will be notified by email if you have been sent an offer to purchase any available tickets through the waitlist.
Note: A waitlist offer may not be a guarantee of tickets. They may be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.
If you have questions about the event and ticket availability, we recommend referring to the event page and/or sending the event host a message using the contact host button on the event page or your order confirmation email.
Humanitix does not manage the events hosted on our platform directly and does not control the availability of tickets. We are unfortunately unable to help you get access to any sold-out tickets.
