Your confirmation email from Humanitix may say "Access to digital tickets is not yet available. Tickets will be released at a later date" if the event host has opted to restrict access until closer to the event date.
Your order is still legitimate and your order confirmation email is still proof of your purchase and tickets.
Access to your digital tickets will be sent in a separate email. This is controlled by the event host and may differ between events but will typically occur in the week of the event.
We recommend checking your email inbox in the week of the event and following the event on social media for any information and updates.
