How to purchase a ticket on Humanitix via a payment plan

To purchase a ticket via a payment plan, select the pay over time option checkout the payment stage of checkout. Then select your desired plan from the options available (plan options are set by the event host). Payment plans can be paid for using a debit or credit card.

Payment plans are not available for all events on Humanitix and are made available at the event host's discretion, including the types of plans available, e.g. "weekly" vs "monthly".

How does the payment plan work?

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from Humanitix letting you know your payment plan has begun.

Your tickets are reserved immediately, but access will only be given once you have completed all required payments have been made.

You’ll make a series of scheduled payments using your credit or debit card. The total amount will be split across the payment schedule.

Use the manage order button on your order confirmation email to view your payment schedule, update your payment card details, or make a manual payment.

Is there an upfront payment?

Yes. A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This may also include a layby fee, a deposit, and/or a non-refundable cancellation fee, set by the event host.

Can I pay off the plan early?

Yes. Find your order confirmation email from Humanitix and click the manage order button. Select the payment plan tab.

You can make a manual payment towards your next upcoming payment or pay off your outstanding balance in full.

Can I cancel my payment plan?

Payment plans are subject to the same terms and conditions and refund policy of the event, as set by the event host. By default, any payments already made are non-refundable, including any cancellation fee or deposit.

Refer to the event's refund policy or message the event host for more information using the contact host button on your confirmation email.

How can I track my payments?

Use the manage order button on your order confirmation email to view upcoming payment dates and amounts. You will receive a confirmation email for every successful or unsuccessful payment.
If you missed a payment due to an invalid card or insufficient funds, you can use the manage order button on the notification email to pay any overdue amount. Any overdue amounts will be re-attempted on the next payment due date.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Your payment card is completely encrypted within our payment gateway. Neither they nor Humanitix can view your payment card details. Your information is never shared with any other third party.
